Etternal guarantees your money back if your are not satisfied.
Every Etternal urn is a piece of art, produced using artisanal techniques and subject to strict quality controls. In any case, when they receive their Etternal urn, customers have 30-day warranty period in which to exercise their return option (only for non personalized products). If they are not satisfied with their Etternal urn, after returning it in its original packaging (paying shipping costs) customers shall be repaid the purchase price.
Shipping Options
You may choose between two ways of submitting your Etternal order: DHL and Correos y Telégrafos de España (Spanish National Postal Service). Each company has special rates and methods of certified delivery, and every Etternal shipment is insured. In the purchase process you will be asked to choose between both companies and a delivery-time estimate and a tracking number will be provided to you by email.
